Pool
- Each cottage's indoor pool is private to the group staying there.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Please don't swim after drinking alcohol.
BBQ · Safety
- BBQ is allowed only on the designated grill on the deck.
- A first aid kit is provided in each cottage.
- After using fire, please make sure it is fully extinguished.
Damage & safety
- If facilities or furnishings are damaged, restoration costs may be charged.
- Please follow the pool safety rules (children accompanied by an adult; no swimming after drinking). Accidents caused by ignoring the rules are the guest's responsibility.

How do I make a reservation?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
What kind of accommodation is it?
Two duplex cottages, Units 101 and 102, with identical layouts. Downstairs: living room, kitchen, private indoor pool and BBQ deck. Upstairs: living room, bedroom and an ondol (Korean floor bedding) room. One group uses an entire cottage.
Is the pool shared?
No. Each cottage has its own indoor pool, used exclusively by the group staying there.
Can the pool be heated?
Yes, a heated pool option is available for ₩100,000 per night (VAT included). It needs preparation, so please request it when booking.
What are the rates?
Per night for 8 guests: ₩880,000 on weekends (Fri, Sat and nights before holidays), ₩770,000 on weekdays (Sun–Thu) — the same in every season. Each additional guest (age 6+) is ₩30,000; for example, 9 guests on a weekend would be ₩910,000. The heated pool option is ₩100,000 per night. A deposit of ₩300,000 (weekend) or ₩200,000 (weekday) confirms your booking. All rates include VAT.
Is there a kids' pool?
Yes — a kids' pool is available on request. It needs preparation, so please ask for it when booking.
Can I use the BBQ?
Yes. There is no fee for the grill itself; a BBQ set with 2 charcoal starters and 2 grill grates is available for ₩30,000. The grill needs preparation, so please request it when booking, and use only the designated grill on the deck.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 or more days before your stay for a 100% refund; after that, 80% (6 days), 60% (5 days), 50% (4 days), 20% (3 days), 10% (2 days), and no refund within 1 day of the stay or on the day. Bank transfer fees are deducted from refunds.
Can I bring my pet?
We're sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Is parking available?
Yes, each cottage has space for up to 4 cars. If you're bringing more, just let us know when booking.
Is there a TV or streaming (Netflix etc.)?
We don't provide OTT streaming services. With a private pool, the sea, and a BBQ deck, we recommend spending a day off the screen.
Can I get there by public transport?
Take an intercity bus to Taean Bus Terminal; from there the pension is a 30–40 minute drive. Local buses toward Iwon-myeon are infrequent, so a taxi or rental car is recommended. If you're unsure, give us a call (+82-10-5575-3819).
