Policy
Booking & refund policy
Please tell us when you book
- The heated pool and the kids' pool need preparation — please request them when you book.
- The BBQ grill is prepared in advance too — if you plan to BBQ, please ask for it when booking.
Booking basics
- Your booking may be cancelled automatically if the deposit (₩300,000 weekend / ₩200,000 weekday) is not paid within the given time.
- If the depositor's name differs from the booking name, please let us know by phone.
- Check-in starts at 15:00. If you expect to arrive after 22:00, please contact us in advance.
- Check-out is by 11:00; overstaying may incur an extra charge.
- Before leaving, please tidy the cottage and sort your trash at the designated spot.
